I take some of the items out of the packaging and put them into freezer bags. It is surprising how much more you can get in the freezer!!:j
Just remember to cut out any cooking instructions off the cardboard outer and put that in the bag as well.N1LDA:D0 -
You are correct, it was Conatantine not Constance - oops! Wasn't that person a T Manager?
Don't forget the Parmesan cheese - one of the best tips I ever received was on here, freeze it and grate it straight from the freezer. I still do this.
Sony Walkmans and TV's
Samsung phones (still going strong despite two cycles in the washing machine!)
Suitcases (handy for when the points racked up during H&B leaflet days!) Good holidays had by lots! Some even got the cars with the points!
Continuing intro to Marlborough Sav Blanc..
It was also very easy to get your 5 (or more) a day.........
Can you remember who the person was who travelled around the country R&R'ing? Most disbelieved until he posted his receipts.
All down to the Dottie' (?) (Prunella Scales?) advert wasn't it?
Please tell us more stories like this, it feels like some sort of fairytale!
I'm just sorry I missed this!
How much stuff did you get, if you don't mind me asking?0 -

I bought a few other items, sent in my reciept BUT this morning got an email saying we are cheaper by £2.49 and no credit !!! rang CS got through quickly and a nice young lady bearing no resemblence to the miserable bunch who work in my Tidworth branch double checked and said that they had changed the policy as of today to cover the overall bill and NOT per item so was nothing to do with the fact the wine may of gone up ( it has not as I just checked ) they have sussed it big time. I also asked to speak to a manager and he said the same that they had basically changed the small print, cheeky devils . anyone would think thousands of us are availing ourselves to this grabbit ..lol
Hope this helps someone who may be off to buy a load of meal deals this weekend.
Thanks have saved me a wasted journey.0 -
