I just tried to do this in store using the meal deal list online that was available once I logged in (i.e. available for delivery from my local store) but didn't work. I tried 3 meal deals - 3 Turner Rd Chardonnay, 3 kievs, mushrooms/green veg/peas, 2 lemon tart/cheese & no discount kicked in. I'm confused, as I thought the deal combination did not vary (other than what's in stock)......may just try an online order instead.

If it is on the Asda website, and you buy it in Tesco, and your meal deal costs you £10, then it will, and in fact, has worked! It doesn't matter a hoot if it's not on the Tesco website. They compare what you bought at the price you paid with what's on the ASDA website (not the Tesco one).

I didn't think the Chicken Kievs were on this week's? Try the meatballs or the chicken and asparagus? Or the chicken and ham hock pies. See if it works then.

In my local Tesco this morning, there was nothing on sel to show that the Turners was part of the meal deal but it worked at the checkout!!!

I'm a little confused by this deal. I thought that pricechecker worked on the receipt total not individual items, which was why in the old days you had to be careful not to buy things that would cancel out any DTD savings?
