Have bought a couple of meals today. Looks like they are doing everything not to promote them. If I hadn't already looked online I would not have been able to put the deal together. Not a clue in the advertising. Just one cabinet with some of the choices and no wine whatsoever. This is Aberdeen by the way.

Apart from customer services saying that they cannot find receipts and please input again, giving the onus on us. surely we can turn it around and ask them what are they going to do about it, I know its a long shot but can we ask them to accept a photo copy in the post with a current email (if this would work) or suggestions welcome from all those that are more IT knowledgeable than me.
I think that yes we should all complain and send e mails to phillip green and customer services but we need to know how they will solve our problem.

Not been on since yesterday so now about to go backwards through the posts but :mad: at Tesco - I have 3 outsanding receipts due to be returned. Received an email thsi morning saying they couldn't find my receipt. :mad:

Just tried entering details for Fridays receipt and came up with the cant find your details carp. Maybe they are going to stall each time and then say this to stop paying out?
