I'm waiting for my voucher for yesterday. Been ages since I've gone for a voucher so I hope I get it.
I'm already feeling a little smug though. When I did my shop yesterday I bought 2 meal deals. For some reason only 1 of them would go through and dispite fiddling and scrutinising what I'd bought they just couldn't get the till to co-operate. In the end, a supervisor who'd come over to help told me I'd have to pay the £30.49 instead of £20 but then he'd take me straight to the customer service desk and give me DTD! So I was handed £21 back!
2 meal deals for £9.49! Plus if I ever get my voucher then I'll have made a profit! :T

Just thought you'd all like to hear at least one success story!

tescos are having huge problems with their systems this week my oh works in one of their branches of buisness and said emails servers etc have been having major problems this week crashing etc, dont think theyre actually upto anything just a load of IT problems

Silly thing is, if they just thought for one moment, and either put an announcement on their site, or asked CS to be honest, most of us would understand.

Honestly Tesco. Just tell us the truth - that is all we ask!!

Can join the club of receiving an email saying cannot find receipt from 20th. Resubmitted it on 21st and have received 2 emails so guess they saying can't find either.

No mention of Mondays so far though.

well it gets better the two that i got emails for last night saying can't find my receipt THAT COS THEY ARE BOTH ON MY DESK!!!!!!! resubmitted again and have just got the same emails ,
