7. Engagement ring? I chose it, white gold with cubic zirconia (sp?) stone. Its not a traditional looking engagement ring - but then it wouldnt be as I wouldnt want one!

3. Thing you have splashed out most on? My dress, I originally wanted a second had one for about £500 or less, but then fell in love with a new one which was about 3 times that... oops. Luckily we made savings in other places and so could afford it but its probably going to have to get sold after the wedding!
4. Best bargain? 6 very large vases for the centre pieces - £20 off ebay. or 100 draw string bags for £5 for favours
5. Stupidest thing you decided that you had to have (before getting engaged) and now dont care about? Real flowers... now I've got silk and I LOVE them, and it'll be something I keep forever.

7. Engagement ring? Fiance picked it all by him self and I love it, platinum solitaire diamond.
8. Describe your partner in 5 words Loving, kind, patient, relaxed, gorgeous

10. Biggest panic moment so far? Is this budget going to stretch???

A single venue for the whole day - now we have 3!

Registry office, Nepalese/Indian restuarant, community centre.
7. Engagement ring?
White gold, 3 diamonds, rub over setting, which I chose. DF has a titanium band that he chose.
8. Describe your partner in 5 words
Kind, generous, humble, witty, interested.
9.First Dance song?
Secret - only me and DF know it. It's by a small band that we've seen live once before, and the song has lovely memories for us too.
10. Biggest panic moment so far?
Realising it's only 7 months away and we haven't even booked all the venues!
11.Biggest Bride/Groomzilla moment?
I had a proper hissy fit when the two registry offices (our home borough and the borough where we're marrying) made an error when we were giving notice and it all became a huge nightmare. Got sorted in the end though, thank goodness!
12. Worst fear about the wedding day
It used to be massive snowfall, but then reading about Fly Dragon Fly's wedding calamity ( http://www.rocknrollbride.com/2011/02/peri-ryans-snow-drama-wedding/ ) it doesn't scare me - I'll just make sure the insurance policy covers it!!

5. Stupidest thing you decided that you had to have (before getting engaged) and now dont care about? Erm, not sure as budget was always an issue. Would have loved a horse & carriage but decided that the chocolate fountain was extravegant enough...
6. Venue? Civil Ceremony, followed by reception at our local large pub with function room.
7. Engagement ring? Don't have one - I have a unusual wedding ring and it wouldn't sit next to an engagement ring nicely.

9.First Dance song? Don't have one, we aren't doing the more formal bits like speeches and dances etc.
10. Biggest panic moment so far? Thinking I didn't like my dress anymore after I tired it on one time and felt fat. It passed by the next day after lots of tears and talks about it!
11.Biggest Bride/Groomzilla moment? None really. We're doing it all as chilled out and relaxed as possible. The wedding planning is going fab. Could get a little bridezilla over the hen do tho as I'm finding it VERY hard getting a straight yes or no off people, and until I know numbers I can't get on and plan the rest of it.
12. Worst fear about the wedding day None really. It will all be fine I'm sure. I don't lose any sleep over anything yet at any rate!
13. Number of guests? 50 to the ceremony, 150 + for the evening do.
14. The one person who has helped you more than anyone during the planning My daughter who is 5 has been ace. Seeing things from her point of view, and running everything past her has been lovely. She has actually come up with a couple of really good ideas even at her tender age!! Other than that, my OH, my mom, and my best friend and bridesmaid have all been fabulous too.
15. Flavour of cake I'm making a fruit cake to 'cut' and also lots and lots of cupcakes in all different flavours
16. Rate your own :money: MSEness out of 10 I'd say an 8/10. The whole budget is about £3k thanks to some donations from family members. Have tried to get best deals on everything but things like the choc fountain I really wanted even tho it wasn't very MSE

Just the other day when someone asked if they could have an alternative menu with just two weeks to go! I said no, I felt like a bridezilla as it made me seriously grumpy that someone was not happy with my plans lol!

Dress not fitting, photos coming out bad, everyone having a bad day, guests arriving late, guests not turning up, groom not turning up, dress getting damaged before the big day....the list goes on!
