Wish I had seen these articles last week. We just purchased $285AUD worth at tiffany-jewellery. net. BEWARE - site looks ok but it's ALL COUNTERFEIT. Despite their 'refund policy', they will not honour it! They refused to give us the return address or number. They kept offering small amounts of refund telling us to keep the goods as they would get 'lost' in the post. For around 2 hours they repeatedy told me this on an online chat then disconnected me. DO NOT BUY FROM tiffany-jewellery!!! I had tried to see if anyone listed their experiences with them before my purchases and found nothing. Now I intend to list them everywhere, on every forum possible to help others and damage their business as I promised.

Hi I brought Jewellery off this site and posted a thread to get some help. Well there is a ray of light as I've just got 90 out of my £110 refunded. When you paid did you go through vista pay? If you did there's hope. If you pull up there website and go to complaints it's pretty straight forward but you must persist. Tiffany will keep emailing you offering you stupid amounts and asking what you will accept to keep the Jewellery. You must be sure what your willing to accept. Keep vista pay updated. They kept emailing saying they have urged tiffany Jewellery palace to contact me. After about 5 times of stupid offers I emailed vista pay asking if they would now refund my money. The next morning Tiffany Jewellery palace emailed me saying £90 would be in my account within 48 hours. So don't give up.

Cant believe i was so stupid, got burnt too!
Authentic sterling silver Tiffany rings - not!! Like you, requested a return address and refund, said i wanted to return as these were fake! Eventually got email saying i will be refunded. Since heard nothing, have emailed a few times to ask when i will receive my full refund, still silence.
I have sent an email to visa master complaints dept. to see if they can help.

I will certainly keep on until something is done.
