fake tiffany site

Hi folks,
my nieghbour bought some jewelery from https://www.tiffany-jewellery.co.uk which turned out to be very fake. All the clues were there looking at the site e.g no contact except email, no returns policy and bad spelling mistakes.
She has asked me if there is anything that can be done about this scam but I am not sure if there is. I have done a whois search and the domain is registered in Bulgaria which does not help.
Does anyone know of anywhere she can turn??
Thanks

Maybe for a start report it to the real Tiffany company. http://uk.tiffany.com/Customer/Request/EmailCustSvr.aspx"She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

Hopefully they'll have more legal clout and resources then us meager mortals."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

If she paid by credit card, she should find out if their fraud protection applies here.0

I remember a post being on many many months ago about this site. some bloke had found it and asked peoples opinions on whether or not it was genuine.
the majority if not all said they thought it was a con straight away! !
morale of the story??
dont be a skinflint!0 -
cheers for the replies, she paid by one of those visa electron cards which i think is a debit card. Tiffanys got back to me thanking me for letting them know and said there are loads of these sites which are all fake cos they do not have any outlets apart from thier own stores.
as for not being a skinflint ....aint that why we're on here???Don't ask me, Im SKINT0 -
She should still contact her bank, the card might have some form of internet fraud protection0

Other than the 30 spoof emails I received from "barcleys" today (which was relatively good to start with as the link was https://www.barclays.co.uk.somthingelse.com/somerubbish but then there was just random letters and numbers in the "text" of the email) this has to be one of the worst websites. All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
