some people thank posts as they go so that they can come back and easily see where they left off..... either way, makes no odds to me.:happyhear0 -
I too have noticed that in some threads (I shan't mention which ones) almost every single post has between 20 to 30 thanks, despite the fact that few of the posts consist of nothing more than well 'chat'. I have no doubt that the simple explanation is that there are little 'gangs' who are going around thanking each others posts on a quid pro quo basis. Can't say it actually bothers me though. It's not as if it really matters after all. If there are people out there (and I believe there are) who feel some kind of sense of achievement because they have a high 'thanks ratio' or whatever, and so game the system to achieve that objective, well, SFW. It's a fairly innocuous pastime.0
