Just rang customer services, said I saw the ad in the Sun, and the woman said they are only honouring receipts from yesterday..NOT TODAY, as today was not included in the promotion!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:
And once I have gone through price checker for my till reciept, email them the code and name address blah blah blah...
Should I take back the bl**dy bottle of wine I have just bought or drown my sorrows with them

Price checker will give you the difference, the double has to come from customer service.

Wrong.
You can submit upto 10 claims as you like in a single day as you are allowed 10 for the month so you would not be able to submit any more, really you do not want to submit more than 5 as 5x20 means you have maxxed out your £100 a month limit.

It's per receipt.
T&Cs also say that you can only spend one voucher per day per household. There is nothing about the number of receipts you can input in a day (number of shopping trips to generate voucher), nor print out, just spend. Oh and there is a [STRIKE]household [/STRIKE] email address limit of 10 receipts and/or £100 per month.

So I have one receipt from yesterday and one receipt from today. I need to put them both through price checker today. Then tomorrow I should receive two voucher for only the difference. Then I email both links to Mr Ts CS and they will issue me two vouchers for the double difference for each receipt.
Am I correct?

I have just rang customer services and spoke to Jacky. She said that you enter your details in price check and email the details of the refund to them with all details such as address, name etc and they will send a gift card to the same value (doubling the difference).
When I asked her how long they are honouring it for, she said as long as people are asking for double the difference but according to the price cap and monthly limit!!!
It seems the reply changes according to who answers the phone!
