Reread the thread - that is what everyone has been saying. You are expecting the LHA to find a solution that is outside their remit/ does not exist.

Could you get another GP letter and send directly to HomePoints? While putting in a complaint against your Housing Officer, this will show them medical evidence to support a need for rebanding and the problems with the person who is supposed to reband you.

Getting in touch with your MP is also a really good idea.

So, ask them to put that in writing, that throwing eggs at your window is not a criminal offence, and ask if they would say the same if you threw eggs at their house, or government buildings.

Point them in the direction of the report by the IPC re Fiona Pilkington. They have a duty of care to protect you !

In cases like this, when the police say that there is nothing to be done, they are lying. Contact your MP and remind him/her of recent high profile cases where disabled people tormented by thugs were abandoned by the police and subsequently killed themselves.

ok update , ive been to see doc whos writing me a second more strongly worded letter to ha and home points and is sending me to see a counselor , will lyk updates as they happen
