Hull to Leeds - Daily Train Commute Doable?

Yes it is, my point being it might be worth considering changing cars if you do decide to drive.
Assuming a 120 mile round trip, £1.35p a litre it would cost me around £275 a month in diesel, possibly a bit less. I've got a Mondeo, there are even more economical cars if you get something smaller.
You might get totally fed up of that commute though, it's an extremely dull bit of road, other than the bridge over the Ouse near Goole, that could be quite fun in high winds.
Probably only worth changing cars if yours actually needs replacing soon or you were thinking about it anyway.:A0 -
