why dont you pop over to the old style moneysaving forum? there is a weightloss thread going, and its given me HUGE encouragement to keep going with my diet, i have 3 stones to lose and i feel frumpy too, but i intend to change as i know if i dont i will just get bigger and more and more fed up with myself, good luck, you can do it, you know you can!

Think that most areas around the country have something similiar. Try keying in NHS Direct or Help Direct and your area and see what comes up.
