Jsnar5 Welcome. I'm sure you will love it here. All the best for your first day back at work. I found it like that after going back after maternity leave.... I was terrified, but it was ok after a few shifts. Feel free to come on here afterwards and let us know how good it was:D

    Morning my lovelies :D

Up and down in the night with kids, swapping beds, putting them back when they're asleep <rollseyes>. Rested? Certainly not.......
Anyway got a man coming round for another quote for a conservatory around 11am so want to get as much of my jobs done before then.
Have DS's review at school with SENCO so am hoping I will find out if they plan to statement him or not. Dreading it really (not the posssible statement) but the review usually ends up being mostly negative as it's about what DS can't do......hey ho it's a means to an end to get the support he needs.

Tea tonight is chicken in red wine in SC which I've put on already. One load in WM has finished and another one to go in.
So fun stuff like housework this morning - what a rock and roll lifestyle :rotfl:

Cheapskate - I didn't know you were a CM? Happy birthday, have a fantastic day

Hugs and spoons all round. Have a good day OS or not.

    ETA:

Jsnar - Good luck for your return to work, am sure your first day back will go well. Welcome to the Daily :)

    Morning

Have not posted in a while been busy working and when i've been off i've been too tired to do anything.

Anyway going to try and get lots done today.

Need to do a small shopping today. Might try and fit in a bit of baking. Got a washing in the machine it's been too wet up here to hang it out so I am going to hang it up in side rather than use the TD.

Dinner is Roast Beef, totties and veg with lots of gravy yum yum.

    Have a lovely day everyone.

Right...half hour of pottering now followed by half hour of rest. I WILL clean up even if it half kills me!!!!! Im going to do small bits in the hope that it will make a difference. Gonna chuck DS1 outta his bed and HE IS going to vacuum throughout the house!!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • rosie/tired mum...I have a dr appt tomorrow morning about getting sick note

Bitsy....hope the meeting goes ok, I always end up crying in mine and looking foolish. I hope they sort out trying for the statement. If you need any help give me a shout as it is a complicated process at times. You can apply for one on your own if school are not willing.....IPSEA website have the details.

Floss....can you let me know where you sold yours. I did think I would get some money from it to pay towards CC but now any money at all is a bonus:o.....it is such a shame isnt it.....if I saw a designer wedding dress for sale worn once I would think it was a bargain if I got it for £300

tired mum.....how exciting! I cant keep secrets like that am always bursting to tell someone :rotfl:

Good luck to all the examsters, hope all goes well.
NPM – hope you feel better very soon. X
    BB – lots of water x x
    Tootoo – Welcome
    Hugs Molly
Tiredmum – how exciting. Good luck with secret keeping!!!
JackieG – fingers crossed about car
    jsnar5 – Welcome
Julie67 – Good luck for the interview this afternoon
Bitsy – there will come a time when they will sleep HUGS. Your chicken dinner sounds lovely. Reviews with SENCOs are always very depressing, however the worse the scenario painted of DS the more chance of a statement. Statements are so hard to come by these days, but the extra support specially focussed on the statemented child makes a huge difference to progress. So chin up and paint it like it is at the most demanding times. x x
