    Ditto me :(
  • I notice that for the second round you are only allowed to apply for 3 sessions. Why didn't they do that in the lottery?

Anyway, I might have a go at getting something, but with the website opening at 6am I suspect there will be nothing but football left by the time I get up!

The paralympic ticket prices look pretty good though - most are only £10-15.

Had email confirmation today that we were unsuccessful in the ballot.

Would be buying tickets for tickets sake in the second round, so I think we're going to wait for the re-sales.

Looks like they might regret sticking the volleyball in Earls Court instead of the Olympic Park. Tickets available for most matches at almost all price bands.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Just checked I could still log in to my account in preparation for tomorrow - should be able to log on from 06:00am to see what tickets you have been allocated if you are one of the very lucky ones. Very excited.

From what's been taken off my Visa credit card available balance today I must have got either 3 tickets for the evening of the 5th August, including the the men's 100m final, or 3 tickets for the evening of the 11th August, including the men's 4 X 100m final, so I'm well pleased.

Just opened email confirming that I've been allocated the 3 tickets for the athletics on the 11th August, so very happy! :)

So very Happy 5 tickets (1 for each of us) for the night of 9th August - lots of ceremonies and finals plus 4 for canoe slalom.

Have found out that I have got tickets for the football preliminary rounds at wembley and one of the various boxing finals. The OH really wanted the boxing and I was not too bothered but it will be good. Can't complain am just happy I got anything. My parents didn't apply for as me and got nothing. Hopefully they will get some in the second round.

Does anyone know if the person who is named has to go to the event? As the tickets are in my name I was not sure. Wanted to give the tickets to another family member.
