Have since recieved a refund e-mail for part of the order they have already sent an e-mail confirming dispatch!!

Just a thought. Has anyone any experience of oneclick? Are they as good as T&M for example, who sent out £5 off vouchers when the orchids were out of stock?
Do you think for goodwill anything will come our way? I mean, how many will respond to the next ‘offer’ that appears without it?

BTW – in the last few minutes my refund email has come through – no ‘sorry for inconvenience’ at all. And, "These amounts will be returned to your payment methods within 10 business days." There's a money earner in interest for someone.

Wouldn't have minded so much if they hadn't sent us all DISPATCH emails first with it showing as DISPATCHED on Amazon as well

Not good one ****** click!!

I've had LOTS of Amazon orders cancelled before but never with a dispatch e-mail sent first!!!

Debenhams seem to be good at this as well

Yep my refund email just came through to. I should of known after last time this glitch showed. Oh well.

I don't think we have a right to moan that the refund will be in 10 business days...if I remember rightly it will be before that and thats if its even come out of your account. After all we were trying to get one over on them....I am guessing they have a lot of refunds to make...its the risk we take when trying to maximise on a very obvious mistake

Hi – The price was clear. Not codes, no glitches. Full P&P paid.
For all we knew it was stock near its expiry date they wanted to clear. That’s why I only ordered one box.
The accusation that we were ‘trying to get one over on them’ is unfounded.
