Hmmmm confusing .... anyone else got this:

I ordered 4 boxes yesterday and I got the dispatch email from amazon for my order this afternoon. In fact I got two emails, sent 11 minutes apart. The second one said "shipping update" but I couldn't see any different information on it to the first email. Then as someone earlier in the thread said about making sure it says box of 12 on the order, I went into My Orders on the My Account bit on Amazon - that also said dispatched - yay! But when I clicked on the View Order Details for this order, on the bottom of the page it showed I had been refunded on the 15th, ie today.

Got no email to say I have been refunded though, so am a bit confused!

Does anyone else have that refunded bit at the bottom of their order page?

Yes mine says that too! Maybe they've realised that it was a pricing error and are now not going to honour it

Does look that way doesn't it although I would rather get refunded than pay £6.85 for four single bars if that was the alternative! Still puzzling why it says dispatched though ....

Nothing sent to cancel this as yet, and it’s 4 hours later now.

However, I checked on the Amazon orders page and you guessed it, a refund is shown. What a waste of time umming and ahhing about flavours and quantities! I’ll never get that hour back

Got no refund email - Just dispatch email which is why I got EXCITED - BUT its showing same for me on Amazon view order details page ie REFUND DATE 15th May even though it is under all the DISPATCHED info!!!

Ive had a dispatch email and a shipping update email but both are exactly the same!?.... On my amazon order history it says dispatched but no mention of a refund anywhere so I'm assuming they are on their way....it does say box of 12 on my emails and order confirmation aswell so if I end up with 1 bar I won't be impressed, would be just my luck tho lol

On the 'view order details' page did you scroll RIGHT DOWN TO THE BOTTOM as thats where it says refund date 15th May on mine!

( You have to click on the 'view order details' under the date on the left hand side )

Edited to add....just got a cancellation email...oh well, onto the next glitch lol
