Just teasing of course. I have absolutely nothing against horses or their riders and always give them due care and attention when I encounter them on the roads.

No, though most speed detectors have to allow for a 10% margin for error on your speedometer and on the detector. Technically you could be travelling with your speedo showing 77 in a 70 and get off with it, however, you could actually be doing 84 and thus be fined. Morale is it's best not to drive over the speed limit if you don't want fined and/or points on license!
