Was just informed by someone on my work that there was a big accident last year coming into newtownards at the top of the hill, ice on the road, car spun off into a field, so keep it safe!0 -

The accident to which I referred earlier was when Paul Shaw (20) and Philip Harkness (19) died on the dual carriageway on December 19 last year.0 -

apparently thos average speed ones are goin on road between bangor and belfast too. was on bbc news online earlier this week.if i had known then what i know now0

To be totally true the speed limit is 'a speed suitable for the road and road conditions not exceeding the posted limit'.
