Have you seen the whole forum on the subject of these fake PCNs?
Read the stickies (info threads at the top) 'PPC letters, what to expect' and 'welcome, please read before posting'. Once you have seen the letters and realised that NOTHING happens after the threats, and also seen the Watchdog link, you will understand that your case is the same as all the rest.
Do not even THINK about paying this rubbish.
Thanks for the reply!
I have read whole forum. But now my concern is not only limited to paying this rubbish. Actually, I got ticket on 19/05/2011 and I sold my car on 8/06/2011. I did not receive any letter from A S Securi-T till date.
When they will contact dvla to take the details of the car owner, they won't get my details because the car has been transferred already.
Are they going to contact new keeper? Obviously, the new keeper will say that's not him who parked the car there.
What do you think in this case, up to what extent they can go to bother him?0 -

The DVLA will supply the details of the registered keeper requested on a specific date. So if I requested the details of the RK for yesterdays date then the car was sold today. I would get the details for the RK yesterday. Not the new keeper.
As long as you filled in the V5 and dated it any details up until that date will come to you.0 -
PS, When you do get any letter then ignore it!0

PS, When you do get any letter then ignore it!
I received 2 letters, one followed another, from debt collectors where they increased my fine to £148 and requested me to pay asap.
I just ignored it.
But now I have received NOTICE OF INTENDED LITIGATION from some solicitor which says it is a legal requirement to send a Notice before proceedings are issued in the County court.
He has also added £207 as additional cost in my fine.
Please advise...?0 -

Then they already have you down as the registered keeper so why are you worrying about them bothering the new car owner? They won't apply again and again randomly to the DVLA - they will just write to you and you will ignore them.
So you have had letters from Roxburghe and Graham White? Well they are all shown in full, the whole letter-chain in pics, on our top thread so what else is there to know?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

For all those who have fallen foul of AS Securi T Ltd please note, I have today received a letter from Mr Stephen EVEMY of the Southampton Receivers Office.
This was in response to an enquiry I made with him a couple of days ago, having got wind that AS Securi T were no longer trading.
He confirms that on 6 April 2011; the Company was wound up by order of the High Court in London on behalf of HM Revenue & Customs.
He explains that the Director of AS told him that they had in fact ceased trading in January 2011.
Although the Director of AS has since started up as VP Parking Solutions, that he (the Director) has not purchased the assets of As Securi T from the Official Receiver.
Therefore the new Company (VP) does not have any rights under its previous guise as AS.
He closes asking for any correspondence I have received from AS Securi T to be forwarded to him to assist with his enquiries into the Companies affairs.
If anyone wants to send their threatening letters from AS to Mr Evemy, he can be found Via the Official Receivers Office Suite A Waterside House, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
Ironic thing is they annoyed me by trying to get money from me for parking a car that wasn't mine, nor was I the driver of that vehicle.
So my advice is don't get angry get even and lets put AS Securi T right where they belong in Court.0 -

If you send any invoices from this company to the official receiver, he may just try to threaten you and attempt to enforce payment as he may think the scam invoice is a legitimate debt to collect against the companies liabilities imho0
