I think we have all had the same letter from louise but at least someone is listening. she did ring but i was out , then i got the email from her. i said i would take a cheque to the value of the prize. im so insulted to be offered a few mags. i think we should give louise time and see what she says now. i have had a problem with a big company before and believe me this is moving faster than that. ford is such a massive company that they can afford to put this right.

ive had a call but was at work and she has emailed me to ask me to ring her. Have you spoke to her yet, ill not be back home til 6pm so looks like I cant ring til tuesday now. I would be happy with a cheque to the value of the prize too

I had a message left for me today, mobile playing up and didn't get the live call, I tried to call back over the afternoon but being a holiday weekend, she was probably away home. I'm not overly bothered how it is sorted, if it's a cheque then fair enough, or a similar offer, I just felt really let down because of all the running about arranging days off and getting all excited about coming down for a great night out, a long lie, and a good drink(responsibly, lol) all to no avail, stuck with a cup of tea and Corrie!! eeeek

I just can't understand why no-one was looking at the emails on Tuesday, the day after sending them out to most people, although I know some folks got some later than Monday. I did check the price of the trains on Tuesday morning for travelling on Wednesday, I probably broke the budget for travel costs, because of the volcanic ash cloud and planes being cancelled left, right and centre, trains were busy and expensive, depending on time of travel it ranged from £140 each way to nearly £300 each way(for two people). Never mind.

For all those that did go I hope you all had fun and a great night, no jealousy at all.
