I'm the same, I got the email last night when I got home from work, o.h. can't go, so arranged with my sister to go with me, fine, went to work today and rearranged my colleagues, swapping shifts and arranging two days off, and today sfa in the post or email or courier dispatch, or even a limo at the door for me, what a joke!
I also have to go into work if I don't hear anything tonight, I aint losing holidays over it, but it is shocking, and I'll be taking it further if nothing turns up, whats the point of offering a prize and then not bother to send the details to enjoy it, again i'm the same as some of you where it's a good bit away, I'm just outside Glasgow so I need to be getting a train before 11am if I hope to be there for the event.

Im in London so its not so bad, but still have to get a babysitter for my daughter, I phoned the lady who emailed me and she has gone home.
I spoke to the designer and he said they had been sorting it all out today, but this is a joke.
They where quite good at arranging the disneyland paris win but this time im not holding my breathe.
If I dont hear anything by 10am looks like I will miss out to

I got the train tickets confirmation yesterday and are ready to collect from the station.

Got an email this pm and then a voucher for train tickets. Still no hotel or tickets for the event may just end up using the train tickets for a day in London. So all is not lost.

Tried emailing and phoning but everyone has gone home.

Terrible organisation.
