Your email address doesn't have to be in the 'To' field. They have probably put your address in the BCC field (Blind Carbon Copy) so other recipients can't see each others details. Congrats BTW!

I too had trouble opening the contact form with my version of MS Office. Managed to copy the text and put in the details but not in its original form. Hope it's ok for them
