After a lot of messing around I was lucky enough to go last night.
Don't want to rub salt in the wounds, but it was a fantastic night.
My wife getting to meet Tim Lovejoy made her night!
    The Enemy were fantastic!!!

I have had two sorry emails one from the person I spoke to yesterday offering a magazine subscription of my choice, but i had a seperate email(check your junk folder) from a project manager saying they were looking into compensation options and they were taking my complaint very seriously.

I think they know they messed up and will try to do something, no idea what though! I'll take a new Ford Focus if there's one on the go, hehe.

I'm trying to be nice on the phone too, but have letters to Bauer Media and one to go to Ford also ready to send if i'm not exactly pleased with what they offer.

I looked yesterday morning and the cheapest train tickets for two from Glasgow to Euston was about £230 return, this went up to just under £400 depending on when the trains were departing.

Lets hope we all get something decent out of it, we missed a great night i'm sure and there's not much can compensate for that, it would have been great to meet up with fellow mse'rs.

The worst bit about all of this, was tongiht I heard my companion who was going to travel with me, heard a scream from one of her neighbours house, the ladies son-in-law collapsed in the house and she went in, he needed cpr, but didn't make it, and now she's awfully upset about it all too, nightmare, oh and I had a puncture on my car on the way home yesterday after not being able to go, eeeeek
Thanks to all the competition posters.

Any chance you've got the email address of the project manager? I feel a little miffed at just getting an email.
