No, but I did get a letter on Saturday asking for sample signatures for me and OH.

Ditto. I'm hoping the letter will arrive this week. I have some money from a notice account that is going to hit my current account later this month. If I have to wait for my first certificate to get my Customer Number before I can make a subsequent purchase, then at this rate I could be waiting around a bit.

Same here.
I applied May 25. Payment was taken at the end of May. I have not got the form sent to me to sight. Is it still normal in this instance or do you think the time to call them ??

I understand it still takes a few more week to get the certificate mailed to our address doesn't it ?

Not much point calling them if others are experiencing the same delays. There is obviously an backlog that they will be working to clear.

I just got my letter today to sign ,so still have plenty of time .I called them the other day and they said they were extending the 30 day period due to the back log ,mind you the letter i got today still says 30 days but I should be okay anyway .

I phoned them last week as I was worried the form to sign would come while we are away, and had read that it had to be returned within 30 days of application. They said that it is usually 30 days, but as they are so busy and there is a delay in sending out the form, the 30 days doesn't apply.

I'm doing rather well then since my letter turned up today as well, but I didn't apply until the 20th May.
