    starving too. I've been cutting out the sugar and refined carbs (all to do with mood apparently) also they say in the book to eat a baked potato to help with seretonin production at night. A good book but I'm not telling you because I don't want you to mess around with your sugars :eek:

    Just about to make sunday lunch for wor tea.

    Who knows how long i'll be around for. Fed up of silly beggars on here.

    Have you seen Pinterest online by the way? It's one massive mood board of what ever floats your boat. I have lovely stuff pinned all over the place. I lurve it!
