Make sure you eat every 3 hours. I read about your weight. I remember when mine fell down to 6 stone and i had to wear clothes for 8 year old kids! not nice!
Sweetie something like cornflakes, some fruit and a sandwhich and something involving veg and carbs in the evening meal. I am not fantastic but the dr's are making me eat which is good as it is helping with the tiredness and also depression too.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
