I shred my paperwork and then put in our recycling bin, it is taken away and shredded again, before being reused, so no landfill. Do you have recycling bins where you live? Our Council take ours.0 -
ouch Beanie
I cracked 3 of my ribs after a car accident, and we only found out because when I moved it hurt so much!
The hospital didn't give me anything except painkillers, they wouldn't strap up my ribs even though I asked them, but I was in the hospital for a while.
You could strap your ribs if it helps with the pain.
Hope you feel better soon.0 -
Our council doesn't take shredded paper!
How are you? did you have a good day yesterday?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

mine probably same the same, but as I put so much recycled stuff in there.... I have cans, bottles, cardboard, etc, so stuff it in the middle so they can't see.
Went to Sam's parents evening. Mostly good but they say he has problems with speech sometimes, that he can't pronounce things properly, but I have no problem understanding him, except when he is deliberately talking gibberish and they said he needs to learn to interact more with the other kids.
He is getting better, but he can still be a bit shy. They are more concerned about when he has to go to school, if he can't interact. I don't think it is a problem as he has gone to my friend's house, met total strangers and 5 minutes later been jumping up and down on the trampoline with them all.
Sometimes I think they worry a bit too much.0 -
the alternative is to buy the shredding scissors and cut up your paperwork with them, maybe then they will take it away?0

He was fine when we met up. When he was in the park with me he was happy. He was telling me about cogs and how the rides worked.
When i was a kid they thought i was deaf. Then they pushed me into the classes who were two years older than me as they realised i was bored and it was too easy. I studied with older kids till I went to grammar school. It was fun .Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
