It's bright but freezing!!
I am about to make supper. V tired but happy. It is all nearly over at work. The last term is the easiest. v happy. What is everyone up to?Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Ive just burnt ny tea!!
Salmon steaks got yesterday for 40p reduced from £4.49 & it said to cook them for 14 mins which was way way too long.

No but you can have your ribs strapped which helps..although they may have changed tac, my friend fell on the side of a chair once when she was changing a lightbulb. The nurse said she wouldn't need that doing but she was aching so much her hubby bought a bandage and did it for her. She felt a lot better, it helped with support and provided warmth as well.
