oo I wish. I could do with running away for a bit. I have just had a notification about my shares in the company which we get as part of the job . I am confused about it.
My interest was concentrated on the word dividend though.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Just withdrew 9.99 from topcashback.
More payments to cards happening now!Trying to shift that debt!0 -

And I have begun this endeavour by preparing more ebay listings. I am however, a little peeved I have not had notification that it is free listing weekend. This makes me a little cross.
I shall have to instead, pre prepare the listing text in a word document and relist some of my less desireable items. I am aware that we have this financial hump to get over and things will quickly start to get better.
Good things will be, house will be owned. We will own a nice just post war semi with large gardens, albeit ex local authority. Got a substantial discount of over 20 thousand on the price. In six months, I will be remortgaging and builing a nice extension on it. So I have my six months of frugal plan. Also my monthly expenditure for rent versus mortgage is 200 less.
Ive the other house to get fixed up. I am doing some work there this weekend and I will keep at it, little and often. We have a snagging list of other work to do so we will be sorting that asap. I am onto the last straight.
p2p will be gone in 13 days. Now less than 2 weeks and another debt is no more. 40 pounds more to put to debt this month and next month its a whopping 170.
So this is an additional 370 pounds I can redirect.
Selfishly, I want to create a small emergency pot. The purpose of this is twofold.
Firstly its a security blanket for if we need tiding over in the month. Then it goes back as soon as we can.
Secondly, its incase something happens to the house, where we would normally ring the housing authority, we will now need to sort it ourselves.
I have earned 11.54 on ebay and added it to my money made totaliser. I have paid out 9.40 onto cards etc, and added that to my February total, and I have paid 2.35 of this to Amex.
Last night I did some ironing, ebay photography, tidying, ebay packaging and surveys, plus normal washing cooking and stuff.
Tonight we are doing the grocery shop at 4ldi and have thirty pounds worth of $ainsburys vouchers courtesy of Va1ued 0pinions and the incessant surveys so that will help with some staples and some treat stuff.
No sign as yet from the Gl0bal 0pinions money but I think that takes about 6 weeks.
I am still plodding. MY daughter shredded some paper for paper logs last night bless her, so while I didnt make any I can get on with that tonight.
Some news is the child support is on its way. I am sure it will get swallowed up in the house completion madness but at least its a little cushion.
Healthwise I am stilll feeling agitated and stressed. I am hot, tired and feel like I am exerting myself despite just sitting still. I am making best efforts to do breathing exercises and be calm and do some work, but my interest is waning as I am more and more aware that Occupational Health referral will not happen, and I will have to go to the union.
Ho Hum!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Occupational health referral happened this morning. Notice that I would be having a disciplinary chat happened this afternoon.
The part where they say Post natal depression is not linked to pregnancy is a bit of a giggle. Silly silly people.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Am in from shopping, and I just cashed in a small premium bonds holding. Needs must, it will be better against debt. Will crack on with some surveys and general jobs. Shopping was expensive, as usual. Even when you live on batch cooked spag bol, it can get pricey!Trying to shift that debt!0

Aww you just keep getting those bloody hurdles put in front of you. They willcome to an end though and probably sooner rather than later. Things should hopefully settle soon. I have my wee slush fund and it gives me great peace of mind. It's only £500 but would hopefully be enough to cover most emergency situations. I also live in an ex local authority house. My mortgage and my secured loan come to about £45k. I was recently looking at gorgeous new builds and decided I would just be off my rocker to even think about it. I would be taking on approximately £100k in additional debt and for no more space etc so the idea was thrown out of my head as quickly as it had gone in
.

Apart from my sickness hearing all is good. Paid 53p off Amex and updated signature.
I concentrated last nights efforts on making paper logs. I didnt do any surveys and I feel bad about that particularly as I spent thirty pounds in vouchers.
However the shopping was a good job jobbed and we enjoyed it.
I am Still hoping to hear if there is a free listing weekend, Lord I am keen!!!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
