Thanks princess x
Morning all well, another day another dollar. Back at work and sitting in the office missing the olympics. Will muster up some pennies off the amex shortly then update my signature.
Did lots of good work in the garden which looks fabulous.
However, need to muscle down to more moneysaving.
Will be eating what we have in the cupboards and brining lunch into work. I need to sort out when I expect money to come in and make sure everything is covered.

Time to make payments and update signature!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Have sorted my snowball out and its still a subject of dismay. Another pound paid off my amex, go me! Notification recieved that I am getting a part payment of child support, as expected. That is needed for the council tax.
Other than that there is not much to report, need to get more ebay listed and get more money coming in.
Feeling much more optimistic and sure that I can move forwards and quickly.
My little boy had his first day with his new childminder and he had a fabulous time.
Have asked one of the loan companies I overpay for an up to date balance as they front load the interest so it will have a cumulative effect and I want to make sure I have this taken into account when I am looking at my DFD.
Celebration - its a whole calendar month since I used my credit cards (apart from the one I clear in full) they are safely ensconced in my overfflow purse.
To help my credit rating I may have to rid myself of Vodafone asap (to help get the mortgage) -probably in the next 2 weeks so will probably focus on one card and use that, and then repay it like mad.
could be a plan.Trying to shift that debt!0 -

I am dropping my salary by 200 a month to incorporate the childcare vouchers. This is fine.
Just need to make sure I keep badgering my husband for ebay money as he is being crabby claws again!!!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Husband, badgered. However a short walk into town resulted in my acquiring someone who told everyone in earshot I was his social worker and he was insulting everyone around... and then I could hear people mumbling that I should be keeping him under control. All I wanted was a bag of crisps. I gained my very own eccentric old man!Trying to shift that debt!0

1171 days....
Another payment of 1.31 made to Amex. Quotes are in for the work on the house which isnt too bad. I think we can sort it all for 1500 and a lot of hard work... I am going to count up any pennies and stuff I can find this week and pop them against some debts.
Quidco has paid out, but its not cleared in my account yet, and its under a fiver but it all helps.
Not feeling too good today, am unsettled and feeling insecure.Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Morning
Sorry you're not feeling so good todayWell done on starting the count down already! At least in days you can see a movement every day. With months the DFD seems so far away and never seems to get any closer.
Good news on the quote for the house, was it lower than you were expecting then?
And so glad ds enjoyed his day with the new child minder :T It's scary sending them off to strangers, i remember doing it with ds1 and would worry all day until he'd said he had had a good day lol
