I have returned.

Ok - facing up to things again, and taking on what life throws at us without a (major) meltdown can be termed a success.

Basically, I am facing up to the reality that due to a combination of tax credits bad luck illness and no money due to spiralling costs my debt has gone into the mid thirties. Now, I think its time to get my backside into gear and get back under 30k, asap.

Ive got some milestones to help me get there. These are also on my master plan which I wrote yesterday!

1. Amex - this is three thousand, all told. Once this is repaid, we are at 33k. Small party, with cheap wine may be called for. No bunting!
2. Vodafone. - Two hundred pounds ish. Can have a nice biscuit with a cuppa. Then we are at 32800.
3. Rise. 300. Then we are at 32500.
4. P2P (gragh) 800. Then we are at 31700.
5. Vanquis. 2300. Then we are at 29400. Bunting will be out.

This is a fairly big ask to clear by the end of the year so I am not going to.

A good ebay day all in all.

Now we have around 40 pounds due to finish today.

Bad news, all my holidays have been refused at work. Now thats out of hand as they have all been okayed previously and I have no childcare at those times.

They can jog on!

I shall go and sort out.

Blimey you are doing well with the ebaying. Most of mine is selling at about £2,00 ish plus the postage which I am trying to make an extra sneaky few pence out of, but it is up to about £65.00 now, having spent the last lot of money that we had accumulate. On necesities of course !!


Update on the Washing, pegging discussion with DD1, was that I printed your message in pretty pink lettering and added my own note at the bottom , reminding her how I had been waiting almost a week for her dark washing. What did we get .......SILENCE !!! When Mr Pinot questioned her as to if she had read it, her answer was "Yeah, but I didnt really get it ?"!!! Now she is a bright girl, what exactly didnt she get I wonder ?!! The offending note is still sitting on the dressing table in the hope she will re read, and the message may miraculously sink in !!

I did buckle and do the dark wash, but having seen the state of the room this morning have told her I am doing nothing more in the cleaning, washing picking up dept, but I can be a bit soft and as a clean freak find it very difficult to turn a blind eye !! She did though sort some clean washing into piles for me yesterday, so I suppose its a start !!!

So all credit to your DD for not only doing the pegging , but also popping in another load .

Anyway now I have taken over your diary, I am going now !! xx

Lol girls are a funny breed. My DD1 left home, now shes a clean freak.

You havent at all hijacked my diary! DD2 is getting there slowly. Theres still the issue with the dust bunnies and general mess.

She will peg out but at the moment only threats will make her do it. I am annoyed with her right now as she has taken her ipod to school despite me saying no.

I really like a small kitten. I am trying to persuade my husband to allow me to take her home.

I am going to be off next week whether or not my holidays are granted, as ive no childcare as these were verbally okayed in March.

Additionally, I have also had in a seperate mail, that I can only carry 5 days over. Therefore what they seem to be proposing is to LOSE 20 days holiday!
