Disputing a Lidl Parking Ticket - SURPRISE OUTCOME

It didn't appear that that was what they were going to do, but to become part of the PPCs appeal procedure. There was a long spiel about the necessity of them using such an organisation and that they would look into it for me, if my wife contacted them with permission to deal with the case. They had sufficient information to cancel the thing if they had wished to anyway.
The idea of the first letter was simply to annoy a busy CEO, not to get involved in the Parking Notice game, so I won't be involved any more. This provides more inconvenience to them rather than me answering more pointless letters.0 -
So I can park in my local supermarkets Disabled bays or Parent/child bay with no worrys?0

'We' all agree that 'ignore, ignore, ignore some more' works.
Yep apathy is one of the reasons why a PPC is lurking in the car park, and as you are to lazy to do anything about it, and you don't encourage people to write, it will continue! People need to voice their opinions to retailers, not just moan on threads on forums, and I mean that about every aspect of bad practice!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Well we don't endorse parking in bays that are meant for people with disabilities, if you are in fact not disabled or somebody in your vehicle is. Just use the advisory bays for the purpose they were set up.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. Well they would be breaking the very terms of the DPA if they passed on the details to the PPC in any case, they are the ones in charge they have the power to rescind invoices. I would go back to them with the scans of the threatograms if I was you, with words to the effect of this is what I receive from your agents after shopping with you. Threaten to take them and the parking company to court with a LBA for harassment, and you will be informing the police to get an incident number.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. They requested details of purchases in the store and permission from my wife for me to deal with the case for her (because of data protection they claimed), basically she needed to contact them. I don't know if I interpreted this correctly, but it was almost as if they were fishing for details. I may be an un-trusting fellow, but I declined their kind offer and asked them not to contact me again, stating that the whole business was a bit of a game. Right - bring on the threatening letters......
So basically, writing to them was a massive waste of time and effort????Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I'm not too lazy to do anything about it, I have done a cost/benefit analysis and it's not worth it.....so I guess I'm too analytical.

What cost to write an email ? really if people don't complain when companies get it wrong, there will never be any change, I put a complaint to companies if I feel I am not being treated fairly, or I think that they can do better. I normally get good results.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
