OP you said you were 18 in July last year....so you are either still 18 or maybe 19? So you have been with your partner since you were 15/16?

Actually you were apparently 18 on 13/07/10 and 17 on 15/07/10 so I have no clue how old you really are!!

I have a feeling the OP may be a troll.

17, 18, 19, 21, 25, 'PM me if you would be a surrogate for us', 'we want a baby', 'my partner wants one that is biologically his, he wouldn't adopt'...

Now this complaining about the age limit for adoption.

That's why I think you are too young to become a Father.

Why don't you consider fostering for a while, lots of fostered children end up being adopted by their carers and if you have a proven track record with a particular child then the permenency options are wider than adopting cold. It'll also give you some idea of what sort of child you wish to adopt - age expereinces they have had etc before you commit.

I don't think so. I personally think he doesn't really know what he wants from life at the moment and may be floundering a bit.

I think RPC is just explaining to the other poster, as they were referring to you as a "she"> Anyone might do this if a gender assumption was made, I do not think you need to be so sensitive about it ;)

Thank you emsywoo - yes it was just to explain to Pinkclouds that adoption or surrogacy are the only options available to the OP, no offence was intended.

Throughout this post I feel rather upset how certain posters have posted about me and and my situation. I did not come on this forum for an argument or to be dictated too either. Neither did I come on here to be called all sorts. I think many people on this thread have decided in their opinion 'I am not ready to be a father' so lets just draw a line under it and agree to disagree !

I agree. I am not sure if he is a troll or what, but something does not add up, and it annoys me when people do this, as lots of people will have taken time and effort to give a response.

I wrote "she" because it's a logical (if erroneous) assumption and pleasanter than writing "they". However, I still think my posts are valid for a potential daddy and, I hope, haven't upset the OP.

Well why do you lie about your age? It makes people think you are lying about more.....
