Would it not have been far simpler to have asked the taxi driver to give you a receipt which stated the pick up time?

I'm guessing from the OP's posts so far that these lies were only revealed after a week or two when the report from the medical came through. I'd guess by this point, tracking down the taxi driver would have been a pain had they used a black cab etc

You have a right to any footage that a CCTV camera has of you. The company which own the camera can charge you a reasonable fee for this.

I already have the footage. I just want advise how to go about complaining has the nurse who did the report should not be allowed to do medicals. Thanks.

She should be registered with the NMC, if you really want to blight her career (no judgement here these registers exist for this exact reason) then you should complain to them as they are the official regulators with regards to nurses and standards of care.

Personally I would start with the DWP and ATOS and inform them you may contact the NMC at a future date. Then in all likelihood if you actually want something to happen you can contact the NMC if or when you reach the end of the line with DWP/ATOS complaints procedure. Actaully I just read the allegations link, the NMC recommends that the complaint is first dealt with at a local level with the nurse's employers then escalated to them only if necessary.

From the nursing and midwifery council website:

    Dealing with concerns and allegations
If an allegation is made about a nurse or midwife that they do not meet the standards for skills, education and behaviour that we set, or that there is a problem with their work, we will investigate and, if necessary, act by removing them from the register permanently, or for a set period of time.

Yes you are right. Only found the lies when i received the report some 8 weeks after the medical.

contact the dwp, tell them you want make an official complaint against atos, then phone your local elected mp and make an appointment, i would also be contacting the GMC (general medical council) and complaining about the individual concerned(or NMC as mentioned earlier), i would have no hesitation in blighting her career, maybe others would think twice in future, and its not as if the nurse was concerned about your dad's health and welfare is it? These people need to start thinking about the effect their actions has on the sick and disabled, lots of info about atos here http://dwpexamination.myfreeforum.org/index.php

This is too late for the thread starter but for anyone else who'll be taking on the might of Atos then you'll need all the advantages you can get, and one is to obtain compelling evidence of malpractice or outright lies.

So covertly film and audio tape the medical you undertake. It's easy to do thanks to modern technology via micro cameras that few if any people would realise are, in effect, tiny camcorders that I can testify work astonishingly well.

I haven't enough posts to provide clickable links. Search Ebay for Spy Key Chain or Spy Sunglasses. You can purchase the former (postage included) for under £10 and the latter for £20. The other cost involved is a micro sd card as the devices have no internal memory. A 4gb or 8gb card would be ideal. Once the card is filled, connect to a computer to transfer footage to it (or delete, perhaps) so the card can be filled with new video.

Search Youtube with the same phrases to view footage taken with these cameras from users worldwide.

It's easy to timestamp the videos so in the opening poster's case, Atos' whopping fib re the assessment's length would be easily exposed.

This is Atos. You need proper evidence.

Don't be so dramatic. You are presenting to an independent tribunal, not ATOS.

You need to take advice on this. At the moment you are going too far and as such looking like you have something to hide.

Dramatic???. You need to read up on Atos medicals. My story has been on this forum so read up on it.

I just want to stop this nurse from doing this to more people. She is a professional. So why lie?. I would not have gone so deep into this if it was not for the help of people on this forum. And I want to give back my experience back so it can help others.
