    I once nearly jumped for joy because I thought I'd won, only to find out 2 of the numbers were the wrong way round to mine. Was gutted! I emailed them to check it wasn't mine :p

    just off the phone to a lovely lady who managed to fix the problem by getting me to delete cookies, reinstall the usb software and then start the computer again - worked like a dream. hope that helps someone in future :D
