I've got IE 8 now, but no luck for me it comes out with ....

Like before no luck for me.

Is it because i got a netbook not a desktop computer ??

silly question but you are plugging the usb for the clicker in correctly into the clicker and then the usb port on your netbook?

this is what is says for your error


Transmission Failed [3]
Press the scan button on top of the Clicker without it being plugged in and without scanning a barcode.

1. If the light is GREEN unplug the lead from your PC and Clicker and then re-plug them both in again. Check the lead is securely pushed in and try another transmission.

2. If the light is RED please check the problem solving page for your Clicker by clicking on the picture at the top of this page.

If this still fails and you are using a USB cable you may need to reinstall the USB driver.

To do this please click here to find the correct USB driver for your computer and follow the instructions.

If transmission still fails please also follow this checklist for further solutions for USB driver and connection problems, or contact us for more help.

If you receive any other message please contact us with full details of the error.

are they looking for a particular age group etc? I did a referral before but have not heard from them. Assumed because they are looking for a particular group.

I received the food diary this week and there was a note in it saying they are still looking for 17 - 34 year olds.

I must admit I won't be doing it though - all that paperwork for a two week period for a £15 voucher?

Hiya I have referred people out of the age group 17-34 and they still have diaries to fill in.

If you fill in the diary everyday it doesnt take long.
