I've just changed my dell laptop to a new apple mac mini and have now realised the scanner wont work plugged into the mac. I've had several voicemails and letters asking me to contact them, saying i've not been transmitting lately, which obviously i'm struggling to. Any idea if i give up the scanner, whether they'd allow me to just continue on the shoponthego texting thing i've not long joined up to, or if i have to be part of one to get the other so to speak?

You have to do both, as the rewards from food on the go are applied to your shop and scan account.

You could always get a copy of Windows XP, Vista or 7 and dual boot it on your Mac Mini using Boot Camp which comes with all Macs.

If you want you can also have windows as a window with OSX using VMMware Fusion.

I have Windows 7 running on my MacBook Pro running through VMMware Fusion and it lets me use shop and scan with no problems.

Probably worth doing something similar or getting a cheap windows laptop given what you could lose by giving it up.

I wondered if anyone is having problems submitting their till receipts. I keep getting the following message, A system problem (26) has occured. No idea what this means.Never had a problem before.

ive just tried to submit ours and im getting the same error message. im in the same boat in that we've never had any problems before

i think it's best to drop them an email to say that you've tried to upload and quote the error message
