Iv'e got the same email, i'm going to get back to them now.

It's possible they didn't know about the error.I have emailed them and sent the link to this thread, so they can see several members were affected.

yep same here it would be nice for them to at least acxknowledge it was their fault and give us all members 500points as a gratuity for the inconvenience!

Alright campers..

I have just spoken to someone at Shop and Scan. They are having a massive problem trying to sort this system error out.

The lady said to ignore the email you receive telling you that you have lost out on your 500 points, as it is automatically system generated.

She asked us all to try and sent our till receipts tomorrow and Wednesday. If the system is fixed by then, they will credit all our points on Thursday.

I managed to submit my till reciepts this morning. I got the email too and I had emailed them last night also. Hopefully I still get my points then.
