I hope that the receipts that you submitted went through, but don't know if they would have been accepted if they have a system error.

I would send them again tomorrow or Wednesday if you don't get another email saying they have credited you.

I managed to submit my receipts early this morning, so was a tad miffed to get that email saying I'd missed the boat... I rang up, the lad said it was an automated email and they couldn't work out how to stop it going out. The server had been down and it had never happened before. Deadline xtended to wednesday, points credited on thursday. Don't know if all that palaver was worth the 50p I'm going to get

Love SHOP & SCAN been with them for about 5 months now, ordered first load of vouchers recently and its so easy to rack up the points I got an invite to join the Food On The Go panel from National Shopping Monitor (people who run Shop & Scan) aswell, joined up and text them whenever I buy food or drink when I am, well on the go lol and get points for that in my Shop & Scan account so even easier to add up the points

VERY recommended site No problems so far and it's actully fun too, a lot different than just filling in surveys.

I totally agree with you. I think those of us on the panel are very lucky. I'd be gutted if I ever got dropped.

Me too! Am already doing shop and scan, plus Food on the Go! It's fab!

Worked out, have had £110 of vouchers already this year!!

Wooo! What with these, and my dooyoo amazon vouchers, Christmas isn't going to cost a penny!!! LOL!
