ive dropped them an email and have given them the URL to this thread and your post so that they can see some users are having problems. it sounds like it's a problem their end, sods law it happens on a sunday when we can't ring them0 -

I've had the same error message when trying to upload receipts. I thought it was me, but whe I clicked on the 'upload more' button, it linked back to a message saying they're having problems with their server and to try again in a few hours. The problem is definitley on their side!I wish I was a glow worm, a glow worm's never glum

Ah so glad I found this thread at last! (MSE search engine returned zero for shop and scan , I put in national shopping monitor in the end*) I tried uploading at 4.30 and on and off ever since... in various combinations of till receipts, I emailed them and was about to throw something out the window when I read this

Many thanks for highlighting the system problem (26). I've just had the same problem, wish I'd looked on here first, as I thought it must be my end. I've sent them a message, but I hope we can scan the till receipts tomorrow so we don't lose out.Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

They are usually pretty good at giving you the points, if the problem is at their end.0
