It's invitation only as far as I know - I got a email with a registration code. You have to be a Shop and Scan member to be able to do this too.

How do points get allocated? I sent off 2no snack things last night just wondered how and when the points get allocated

They get allocated to your normal rewards account on a Monday tea time hun. You normally get an email confirming around half 5-6pm x

I got my new scanner and it's so much better than the last one. I had so many problems with the old one where it wouldn't scan certain items etc. Didn't even take long with the multibuys either x

Im new to shop and scan and tried on friday to transmit some codes but it wouldnt work so sent them an email and they sent me a few things to try which didnt work so I emailed again and they resent the same email. I have tried everything to try and get it to transmit but keep getting error 3. Anyway what Im asking is will I get the points from the things that I have scanned if I phone them tomorrow and explain its all a technical fault?

You will probaly get an e-mail today reminding you to transmit

I sometimes get error 3, I find by disconnecting scanner from USB lead, then point scanner at say a wall or book, press the button & red scan light line shows, keep button pressed until red line goes off

Plug back in and try again to transmit

If you phone instead of e-mail they will talk you through it if you still have problems

Just got the new clicker today (usb). Quick question as it isn't clear. The letter they send you with it asks you to register by scanning the bar code on the letter. Do you scan this with the old clicker or the new clicker (or does it not matter)?

Pretty sure with the new one, If i remember correctly it asks you to transmit any bar codes on your old clicker then activate the new one by scanning the code on the letter then transmit new clicker
