Sorry if this has been mentioned previously, but does anyone know what happens if the scanner is lost?

I can't find mine anywhere, and I'm quite worried. Do they kick you off the panel if this happens?

Contact them and say it's missing... they may send you out a replacement but I don't know if they would charge you for it or not.

Has anyone had a real live person phone them from shop & scan yet?? I did a couple of days ago lol, I had forgotten for a couple of weeks to transmit anything... oops. Was a pleasant Indian lady on the phone, asked why I hadn't transmitted and I said I just forgot, she giggled and said 'you must do it every week!'

I got an invite for Food on the Go today Am quite chuffed as that's quite points-worthy by the looks of it!

One question though - I texted off the invite code - do I need to wait for a reply before texting stuff in? Or can I do it straight away?

Hi, they should text you within 48 hours to confirm when you can start texting.

The message I received was "FoodOnTheGo: Congratulations and thank you for joining Food On the Go. You are now on the panel so please start tesxting in any purchases you make".
