Hey that's good news about the carboot, taxi, I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you that the weather's OK.

I'm with you on the matched betting - far too terrified to give it a go.

Thanks you 2....I'm sure we'll get good weather one day...lol..glad somebody else is scared of MB and that it's not only me....
  • Glad you'll be able to do the car boot after all(weather permitting). I'm up for it too, hopefully on as many days over the Bank Holiday as I can find them.

I know car boots can be a bit tiring especially if you have to make a really early start, but it might be a bit less so than having JJ for longer this weekend. There'll be plenty of time to spend with him in the future and at the moment, with you not 100% energy-wise after your op, an energetic toddler is a lot to cope with however much you adore him.

Have a nice day today(despite the weather). I'm thinking of putting the heating on in a bit. DH is more warm-blooded than me and tells me to just wear an extra sweater, but it's my hands that are cold and I've no intention of wearing gloves indoors:rotfl:

Hi you 2...the weather here has been lovely all day...I've just stuck my washing in so hope that the weather stays nice!!!!...not had my heating on since about March....must be really cold where you 2 are...JJs been around this afternoon and will be back later...he's such a little darling!!!
Car boot should be worth it especially as it's a bank holiday week end...I can only try...
I knocked £20 off my egg card this morning...I was just seeing how the extra payment thingy worked...I have my debit card registered for visa secure but have forgotten password and didn't know if it used that system...luckily it doesn't!!!...will see my debt fall in the next couple of weeks as egg payment, and 2 loans are due plus I have some money here to come off Barclaycard!!!...so looking quite good...whatever I make at car boot can go in the overpayment for Barclays....I've took to maling the overpayment the day after they take the DD for minimum payment otherwise they don't take the DD if I have overpaid more than the min payment!!!
Not a lot happened today...only banking and usual stuff...not very interesting!!!

Morning all...another lovely sunny day here...
Well the post didn't bring anything nice!!!!...a letter from capital one to say I've been refused...a letter from BOS explaining I paid the right exit fee....barclaycard statement and a letter from BT about my transfer to another company..but...stating charges of £122.70 to leave...on the phone at the moment(34 mins so far) trying to find out what these charges are as I've been with them for 4 years or more at this address..so I can't possibly be in a contract!!!
Just up-dated my sig as my egg card went out this morning and have now paid over £2000 off towards my christmas £7000 challenge!!!...so still a long way to go yet!!!
Will be going out after if I ever get off this phone.....37 mins now...
