Dare I suggest Stardrops?? :p I used it on my laminate flooring and it really came up a treat - no smears or marks and it does say on the bottle that it cleans without dulling. You could try this before you buy any product specific for laminate flooring which would cost a lot more.

Yep - just don't put too much stardrops in other wise you get tonnes of foamy bubbles!! I actually got down on my hands and knees and used a cloth to clean mine because I thought it needed extra scrubbing ;) (would depend on the size of your room, I suppose.)
Good luck - at 58p a bottle you can't go too far wrong - (just don't let the laminate get too wet or it will start to warp.)
  • Where can I buy stardrops from then ? Haven't got to buy a bag of Haribo have I ;)

Goodness. Star drops seem to do everything. I keep forgetting to get some when I go to the supermarket.

I use Mr Sheen laminate floor cleaner. Nothing brings my floor up nicer than this. I have tried all the methods on here, even Squeaky's soda cristals method and I still find this to be the best. Last bottle I bought was approx £1.20 and I still have loads left and that was last summer.

I find if it has a wood grain effect. Clean in the direction of the grain. Any marks left will be a lot harder to see.

You can always get more with a kind word and a 2-by-4 than with just a kind word.
