It might be the bedroom that is 8'1''. Most beds are 6'3'' long and that's not including the headboard and the footboard on that bed. Then there's another couple of inches at least for the radiator. I still think they must be over generous with their measurements.

Ooh interesting. There's a house in Norwich that was on for £134k for months and months but is now on with Express Estate Agency at offers INXS of £99,950.
