The 3 slugs on the kitchen floor look a tad worrying from a H&S viewpoint. Otherwise, it looks a 'compact' sort of house; small enough for a commuting-raddled office worker to leap from front doorway to sofa in one go. :)

I note that the Pompey bear has pride of place.

They've even done the bathroom in Pompey colours but I note the bedroom has what appears to be a Celtic poster on the wall in what is otherwise a quite feminine room!!!

This is a new one on me:

"£30,000 Discount From Previous Agents Marketing Price.£30,000 DISCOUNT The Express Estate Agency offers this ATTRACTIVELY PRICED PROPERTY to buyers who are in a position to buy relatively swiftly."

So, they've marketed at a higher price and are advertising the fact that it's not been sold & moved to another agency :p It's still on "offers over" too!

Grimbal: is this typical of Horsham prices, I can see that it's not a grand place but it still seems cheaper than I would have expected?

It's just the way Express Estate Agency markets. We looked at one advertised at offers over £99,950 but they won't accept a penny less than £140,000!!!

I think it's partly a marketing ploy by the EAs and that it's not in the "best" area of town. What I also can't work out is where on eart 4 bedrooms would fit given the 2 small reception rooms that there are downstairs!

I found this one last night, cracked me up. My friend thinks the owners have a little bit of a timing OCD.

I know, and about three in the sittingroom! The kitchen blends in nicely.
