Here is part 2 of the log which I could not submit as one post - again I hope it is all right. When I dragged the txt notepad document into combofix - the red combofix icon was a shortcut so I hope that did not alter the outcome:

Thank you all, again.
Crimson0 -
You've got a program on your computer called Consumer Input:
http://consumerinput.com/
removal instructions:
http://consumerinput.com/faq/#uninstall
Thank you for the helpful uninstall link, RussJK. I have uninstalled it and I am now about to restart Firefox to make it 'final.' I now remember what it was - it was a webview survey but if I am advised to not have it I am glad of the advice.

a big part of the problem is that the gits who write the bloody things keep evolving them so that the av/malware definitions are always lagging current versions, and rootkit-writers are just b*$£*£&s !!!!! And hanx to RIK for popping in with the CF script.... those were the files I thought were iffy..really must take a cf script-writing course v.soon
......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple

For info on the consumer input thing. It is installed by a members only survey site that gives you points from your browsing history on internet explorer only. I have this but Imainly use google chrome and only use internet explorer on certain searches. I think its Consumer Pulse but as I use a few I might be wrong.0

Are the points worth complete loss of privacy, security, and inevitable slowdown of pc?!!

Open notepad and copy/paste the text in RED below
File::
c:\windows\system32\drivers\75935382.sys
c:\windows\system32\drivers\7593538.sys
c:\windows\system32\drivers\75935381.sys
c:\windows\system32\drivers\63323272.sys
c:\windows\system32\drivers\6332327.sys
c:\windows\system32\drivers\63323271.sys
Save this as "CFScript" (FULL file will be 'CFScript.txt' EXACTLY as shown)
Then drag the CFScript into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.
This will start ComboFix again. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), post the contents of Combofix.txt in your next reply
(If SNAPSHOT is stupidly large, leave that part out)
Combofix should never take more that 30 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
Hello aliEnRIK - I have posted the very long list of results. Do you think it is now safe for me to start using my on line banking, again? I have changed my password etc.
I appreciate your advice, thank you.

Have you run a scan such as superantispyware with anything (malware etc.) detected? If yes, can you post that log here.
Your hijackthis log seems fine althoug things can be removed to speed up computer which I shall leave for someone else to do who can advise better than me.
I think, thanks to all the help I received, I'm just about sorted. I have not been on to on line banking yet - just in case. You mentioned that things can be removed to speed up my computer - I have noticed that it has slowed down quite a bit. If anyone can offer advice (from the details I have copied and posted or even just generally) as to how I can safely select and delete anything which is slowing me down, as before, it will be very much appreciated. I have uninstalled the consumer programme but I'm not sure about anything else. I would be delighted to be safe on line and to have as much speed as possible.
Thank you all.

No worries, I'll do that now for you. Your log wasn't very bloated though from memory, so there won't be much to do.0
