Win 7 Security 2011 $59.95 - Urgent Help Please

I'll be very grateful for help here please. I was spooked when horrible sounds and flashing warnings came up on my screen about infections +++ I tried to Google some information but the system wouldn't let me in saying that if I tried to navigate away my system would crash.
It also said something about 'bank fraud' and I was terrified as I have on line banking.
Anyway I paid $59.95 for complete security (Win 7 Security 2011) and now I don't know what I've done - I paid by credit card.
If I have done something awfully inadvisable can anyone help me out, please? I'm really worried.
I'll be glad to hear from anyone.

Do a system restore to before this happened
install the free version of malwarebytes, do a full scan and fix anything found before closing
post a hijackthis log
contact cc company, tell them to cancel the transaction, it's a scam.!!

1. Contact credit card company to state it was a fraud transaction.
2. Download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.50 - FileHippo.com and Install. Go to UPDATE tab, click CHECK FOR UPDATES. Run QUICK SCAN. Remove everything it finds and post log here. If log states restart is required to remove something, please do so.
3. Go to UPDATE tab, click CHECK FOR UPDATES. Run FULL SCAN. Remove everything it finds and post log here.
4. Download HijackThis 2.0.4 - FileHippo.com and hit the top button on the program. This produces a log within seconds - post log here.0 -
If CC argues, tell them the service provided was not fit for purpose!!

There are two words in the English language that have all five vowels in order: 'abstemious' and ' facetious.'0
