Central Ticketing excess charge

Hi

Please can someone help me. I parked in a retail car park and when i got back to my car I had a parking notice. The reason is abused patron parking and they want £65 out of me, or £150 if I do not pay within 14 days. The company is called central ticketing uk. What do I do?

    ignore it....

    ignore any letters they send...

ignore any letters claiming to be from debt collectors or legal teams..

ignore any threats to take you to court

    nothing will happen

As above ignore this unless it's got on there that they are acting for a council, one of our regulars mentioned about a traffic act on if they are, but if the appeal is through central and the payment it's an unforceable invoice.

Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

No. Concept Parking Services Ltd changed its name to Central Ticketing UK Ltd.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Thanks for the info. The invoices I have are from last year are from Central Ticketing which it says is a trading name for Central Ticketing Ltd which I believe did get wound up in Feb.

So Concept Parking Services Ltd. put on some dead mens shoes (and added the "UK" bit)

    Confusing or what!

The op doesn't need any further help...they've already had the answer supplied [ignore everything]. So move along and keep looking.....for a life.

And try not to be so sexist....there's a dear.
