Why help you cowboys by posting on a public forum? Lets face it you are here because we hurt your business, and by the way you are supposed to open and honest about being here, well according to the BPA at least!

Good finds, taffy and trisontana. :T

We should all make a formal complaint to the BPA. Not so they will step in (as if, they are not independent nor unbiased!) but so that our complaints have to be stored and responded to as part of their DVLA agreement.
I think if the BPA hope to handle the Schedule 4 planned 'appeals procedure' (LOL!!!) the Government would also want to see the BPA records of complaints/responses.
So it's all good if we report all breaches.
P.S. Haswell/Hedwig give up and get a real job, and stop your sad spamming of forums.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am sure when I see the same old arguments that you keep losing with are going to be there.
It's standard practice not to discuss details of any case on a public forum as you well know.
As you know so much, no doubt you are using a stooge again who will fail in court and publicly state it's due to me.
No skin off my nose. Just a rather pathetic way to try and earn a living.0 -

So the one who has offered £5 per month.
Are you saying this was nothing to do with you?
Or, was it a stooge ?
Did the Judge now know the law ?
Awaiting your excuses :rotfl:0 -
Perky/Hasbeen you are aware that you are coming across as even more of a mad stalker than usual. Now we know that you (both) are extremely sad and pathetic but there is no need to wear the fact that you are a loser on your sleeve.
I am sure Alexis will be chuffed to see that you are so rattled by his actions. Keep it up Alexis, if it bothers toerags so much that they have to post rantings all the time you must be doing something right.0 -

So explain yourself haswell!
Let me reiterate for you Haswell, now explain your breaches of the BPA guidelines on posting in forums!Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
I have a hyperthetical question.
I'm driving a Military vehicle,I call into a shop, say Lidl, & I get a ticket for going to the cashpoint across the road before going into Lidl to pick up some beer for the WO & Sgt's Mess Summer BBQ.
Now this vehicle is not a MT Pool vehicle,it belongs to a Squadron,it's signed out many times a day by different people. So in that situation, who do these 'Barrier Monkeys' try & extort the money from?....They wouldn't be given access to the driver logs without a court order,Only a Police officer can see the drivers log in the execution of his duty..so do they just go away or try to take on the government?....(Love to see that one!lol)0 -
